Aircraft Maintenance

Golden Eagle Airlines Class A maintenance facility is considered to be one of the best in Western Australia and provides aircraft maintenance services to both Golden Eagle Airlines fleet of aircraft and external clients. We are licensed to provide comprehensive maintenance to piston engines.

Chief Engineer Stephen Mesmin is a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer with many years experience in aircraft servicing  and workshop management. He manages our 7 engineering staff on a day to day basis and has a very 'hands on' approach to his duties.

The bulk of the work is undertaken at our main workshop in Derby, but we also offer onsite maintenance in places as far afield as Broome, Halls Creek, Kununurra, Fitzroy Crossing and Port Hedland.

Licensed pilots on staff enable our team to cover a broad geographical area of Western Australia, providing an unmatched aircraft maintenance service. Of course, we encourage our clients to consider bringing their aircraft into our well equipped hangar rather than relying on field services. This allows us full access to our well stocked parts store and tooling. There is plenty of accommodation available in Derby which we can also arrange for you.

Our hangar facilities boast modern equipment and stores, all under a quality system constantly audited by CASA. Maintenance Control for Class A RPT aircraft is carried out in-house by a dedicated Maintenance Controller.

Maintenance planning is conducted via our in-house internet website in conjunction with RPM Maintenance Control Software. Fully CASA approved, this service allows us to use the latest technology to bridge the time and distance difficulties encountered in remote areas of Australia.

We would be pleased to discuss any of your maintenance requirements with you so call us on (08) 9191-2070.
